Prayer

It is my great desire that as you read this page all about prayer it will encourage you to draw near, in ever deepening fellowship, with our wonderful Father! I really believe that prayer, talking with God, is a daily necessity for the life of a believer. I really like what Oswald Chambers says about prayer (in My Utmost for His Highest, Aug 6) he writes that the idea of prayer is not about getting answers from God; prayer is perfect and complete oneness with God (my emphasis). If we look at Jesus and our Father we see that they have perfect oneness as Jesus says in John 17:11 “so that they, us, may be one as we are one”.
